WHAT IS THE GOOD KARMA SALE ALL ABOUT?

The GOOD KARMA SALE is a way for business owners and their customers to redefine the relationship we have to to the holidays. With all of the hype around Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday it’s easy to lose track of the true meaning of the holidays. CAN I COMBINE MY 20% TRADE DISCOUNT WITH THE 30% OFF GOOD KARMA DISCOUNT?

Trade discounts cannot be combined with The Good Karma 30% discount. We also cannot retroactively apply sale pricing to orders placed prior to the sale.

I USUALLY ORDER VIA EMAIL OR BY PHONE, CAN I DO THAT FOR THIS SALE?

The GOOD KARMA SALE is an ONLINE ONLY sale so your order will need to be processed via our website’s online shop using promo code GOODKARMA at checkout. We won’t be honoring the 30% off discount for orders received via email or by phone.

We will, however, take CUSTOM ORDERS (i.e. custom scale of a pattern on fabric or custom color of a wallpaper pattern AND custom rugs) via email or by phone but the transaction must be completed by end of workday Monday 11/30, 6pm EST. Please see “CUSTOM ORDERS” below for more info.

I HAVE QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our office will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday from 11/26 – 11/29 so we apologize in advance if your inquiry goes unanswered during that time. We will be back in the office on Monday 11/30 and will do our best to reply to all inquiries promptly before the sale ends that day!

I’M ORDERING WALLPAPER AND NEED HELP CALCULATING WHAT QUANTITY I NEED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We understand that ordering wallpaper for a space can be tricky and we are happy to help you figure out how much paper you will need. Our friendly sales team will be in the office on Monday 11/30 to help with this. As always, we highly recommend consulting with your wallpaper installer prior to ordering.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All product is custom and made to order and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering larger goods. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

All items are made to order and standard lead time is 3-5 weeks, and may vary. RUSHES are available for an additional fee, please contact us for more info.  Lead times on rugs & flatweaves vary from 2 – 6 months >> Please contact us for delivery specifics or to find out what rugs we have in stock.

ARE ANY ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE?

The 30% off can be applied site wide to all our products EXCEPT PHONECASES. Phonecases can be purchased via the Casetify website. Eskayel fans can use discount code XHW9KX to receive $10 off a first purchase from our collection.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we can accommodate customization in most cases. Interested in tweaking the scale of a pattern on fabric or the color of a wallpaper pattern? Its pretty easy for us to make those kind of small changes and we would love to work with you to get it right. Custom scale and color are available for fabric and wallpaper for a minimal fee. Completely custom patterns or alterations of patterns are also available and price depends on the project. Let us know what you are thinking, we would love to start the discussion!

I WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 30% DISCOUNT TO ORDER A CUSTOM RUG. HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT THIS?

Ordering a custom rug requires a dialog with our design team so please feel free to email or call us with inquiries. In order to honor the 30% discount a deposit must be received by end of workday Monday 6pm EST.
