Sunday, February 3 –
Shanan and Nick will arrive on Gili Meno Island in Indonesia by February 3, 2013. Everyone is invited to join them for a week on the island which is a truly remarkable getaway. They will lodge at Biru Meno, where the ceremony will take place. There are a number of bungalows on Gili Meno where guests can find affordable accommodations from 02/03 thru 02/07. Guests can also stay on Gili Trawangan, Gili Air or on Lombok and easily take boats over to the Gili’s during the day. Boats do not go between the islands at night and we do recommend you stay on Gili Meno to experience its full beauty, most notably the sunrise and sunset, and to share this special time with Shanan and Nick.
Monday, February 4 –
12:00 noon. Welcome Party for all guests—on the beach at Biru Meno on Gili Meno Island. Food, drink, bonfire and music will be provided.
Tuesday, February 5th – Wednesday, February 6th -
Diving, snorkeling, walking around the island, boat trips, lying on the beach, yoga and visiting the others Gili’s are some of the activities on Gili Meno. We will update this page with any planned group excursions.
Thursday, February 7 –
10:00 am. Wedding ceremony on the beach at Biru Meno.
Attire is island casual and comfortable. You can wear your bathing suites if you want, it will be hot and we will be outside in the sun and sand. Save your fancy clothes for the reception!
Following the ceremony guests should be ready to leave Gili Meno. Boat transportation to Lombok will be provided. Guests will check into their Lombok hotels and prepare for the evening reception.
4:30 pm – Dinner Reception at the Oberoi, Lombok
Fancy dress, dinner, music and dancing.
