Tonal progressions of color can be found in every detail of the natural world: sunrise over the ocean, the new growth of a tree, a landscape at dusk. Through a collection of hand-knotted rugs, Progressions showcases these natural gradients and celebrates the succession of shades through the spectrum.

Each colorway was meticulously designed using discrete tones to capture specific palettes that Shanan encountered on her travels. She explains,

“I recalled these epic hues and set to work on building a spectrum that could bring the colors I witnessed together in a dynamic way that would flow like the currents in the water and wind in the air.”
