MAY I COMBINE MY TRADE DISCOUNT WITH THE SAMPLE SALE DISCOUNT?
No, trade discounts cannot be combined with the sample sale discount. We also cannot retroactively apply sale pricing to orders placed prior to the sale as all products in the sale are samples or remnants.
I USUALLY ORDER VIA EMAIL OR BY PHONE, CAN I DO THAT FOR THIS SALE?
The SAMPLE SALE is an ONLINE ONLY sale so your order will need to be processed via our website’s online shop. We won’t be honoring the sample sale discounts for orders received via email or by phone.
I HAD AND ITEM IN MY CART, BUT WAITED TO CHECK OUT AND IT WAS SOLD. WHAT CAN I DO.?
The sample sale is first come first serve and there is a finite number of items available. Please be familiar with the ordering system through our site and be vigilant as items tend to go extremely fast.
I HAVE QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our offices are open from 10-6 EST Monday –Thursday and 10-2 Friday EST, so you can contact us during these hours with any questions you may have. But remember this is a Sample sale and it is first come first serve. We will not be placing any holds on items.
I’M ORDERING WALLPAPER AND NEED HELP CALCULATING WHAT QUANTITY I NEED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We understand that ordering wallpaper for a space can be tricky and we are happy to help you figure out how much paper you will need. Please contact us at the hours listed above. As always, we highly recommend consulting with your wallpaper installer prior to ordering.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
All sample sale items are FINAL SALE, sold as is. There are no exchanges or refunds.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
We will do our best to ship your sample sale order within a week of purchase, but please bear with us as Eskayel is a small company without a standard shipping department, and everyone here will be chipping in to make sure orders go out in a timely manner. If you are ordering a rug, packing and shipping may be a little longer.
