CAN I COMBINE MY 20% TRADE DISCOUNT WITH THE 30% OFF SANCTUARY DISCOUNT?
Trade discounts cannot be combined with the SANCTUARY 30% discount. We also cannot retroactively apply sale pricing to orders placed prior to the sale.
CAN I ORDER VIA EMAIL OR BY PHONE?
This is an ONLINE ONLY sale so your order will need to be processed via our website's online shop using promo code SANCTUARY at checkout. We won't be honoring the 30% off discount for orders received via email or by phone. We will, however, take CUSTOM ORDERS (i.e. custom scale of a pattern on fabric or custom color of a wallpaper pattern AND custom rugs) via email or by phone but the transaction must be completed by end of workday Monday 11/30, 6pm EST.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All product is custom and made to order and we highly recommend purchasing samples before ordering larger goods. If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been used or installed please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Since our products are made to order they have production LEAD TIMES that vary from 2-6 weeks for most items. RUSH SERVICE is available on certain items when our production schedule allows. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in rushing your item(s).
ARE ANY ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE?
The 30% off can be applied site wide to all our products sold on our website. This does not include collaborations that are only sold via our partners.
HOW DO I FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH WALLPAPER TO ORDER?
We understand that ordering wallpaper can be tricky and we are happy to help you figure out how much paper you will need. Our friendly sales team will be in the office on Monday 11/30 to assist. Please be ready with wall height and width dimensions as well as drawings if possible. As always, we highly recommend consulting with your wallpaper installer prior to ordering.
CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE 30% DISCOUNT TO ORDER A CUSTOM RUG?
Yes. Ordering a custom rug requires a dialog with our design team so please feel free to contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone, 347.703.8084. In order to honor the 30% discount a deposit must be received by end of workday Monday, 11/30 6pm EST.
I HAVE QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Our office will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday from 11/26 - 11/27 so we apologize in advance if your inquiry goes unanswered during that time. We will be back in the office on Monday 11/30and will do our best to reply to all inquiries promptly before the sale ends that day!
